The river has many women selling noodles and rice from their sampans, and on the surface float hyacinths.

Bangkok is a chaotic and eclectic city which seemingly never sleeps, and food is available around the clock, whether in formal restaurants or at a street side noodle stall, there is something for everyone, even high tea for English visitors!
